Entry
- Qualifications (100-mile distance only)
Athletes will be required to have demonstrated the completion of either:
- An organized/verifiable 100 mile run before August 21st, 2008
- A 50 mile or 100 km trail (roads will be considered) completed after January 1st, 2007 and prior to August 21st, 2008.
Considerations will be made accordingly for athletes signed up for either of these distances prior to Septmber 19th, 2008. These athletes will be placed on the wait list behind qualified runners and formerly granted acceptance upon completion of their respective events if space remains.

- Entry Fee
The entry fee is $200 for the 100-mile, $75 for the 50-mile.
- Waiting List
- Entries received over 150 or pending pre-race qualifications will be placed on a wait list and notified as soon as possible up to race day.
- Spots will not be held based on the failure to meet event qualifications outlined above. Only the first 150 qualified athletes will be guaranteed spots.
- Refund Policy
- Organizers are doing their best to have everything approved and set as soon as possible. Entrants understand that the powers that be, i.e. the State or private land owners, have the power to nix the race before it’s up. If this should happen all entrants will be notified as soon as possible and refunded all money.
- Those with paid registration for the IT Ultras but who fail to meet qualifications prior to August 21st, or, if the race reaches capacity before their qualifications have been met, will be refunded all money with the exception of fees associated with printing and mailing race materials.
- Those athletes with paid registrations who, for unforeseen circumstances such as injury, are unable to compete in the IT Ultras will be refunded all money (with the exception of fees associated with printing and mailing race materials) if informing the race director prior to August 1st.
